Paul Duva began offering management and advisory services in 1997when he led the asset sale and subsequent restructuring of Apprise Corp., a New Jersey-based $75 million, 400 person information technology services company that was sold to Andersen Consulting in the Spring of 1997. Apprise Corp. was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xerox Financial Services, Inc.'s Talegen Corporation.
Mr. Duva negotiated the sale of Apprise Corp., re-negotiated all the outsourcing agreements with Apprise's seven former customers, and was responsible for all transition activities following the sale closing.

Electronic Data Systems (EDS), eLoyalty’s $10M Application Service Provider (ASP) business focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) , Hitachi Information Systems’ Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) and Application Service Provider (ASP) business, MShow.Com (web-based interactive broadcasting start-up) – acting VP of Operations, Ambac Connect (an e-commerce procurement start-up) – acting VP of Operations, Constitution Reinsurance Corporation, PD.Com (e-commerce start-up), MAARS Systems (off-shore systems integration and software development), Leap Wireless and Cricket Communications, Selective Insurance, and Eircell of Dublin, Ireland.
